The name of the game and your phone model
Your Android version and the game version
What you were doing and what happened (screenshots help)
For a purchase problem, the Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA.")

We usually reply within a few business days.

Purchases & refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If something goes wrong with a purchase, write to us and we'll help.
