Privacy Policy

SideQuest LLC ("SideQuest", "we", "us"), based in Austin, Texas, USA, respects your privacy. This policy covers this website, sidequest-labs.com, and explains where to find the policy for each of our games.

This website

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising, and it loads its fonts and images from our own servers, so your browser doesn't contact other companies' servers when you visit. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it only to answer you and to fix problems, and we don't add you to any mailing list. We keep emails for as long as we need them to help you, and then for no more than 24 months.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK and US states such as California and Texas), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@sidequest-labs.com to make a request. We don't sell your personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
